TO DVD (basic service)
Recording straight to DVD is charged at £20 for the first half hour and then £3 for each half hour after that, from your first tape. Second and subsequent tapes are charged at £10 for the first half hour and then £3 per half hour, ideal for getting those old camcorder tapes to disc. More than one tape can be transferred to each disc if you wish. Chapter markers are approximately every 5 minutes. Library cases and on disc printing is included, please let us know the printing details. These only have a basic single line menu and no picture or sound enhancement is carried out.
Please note that this method may be unsuitable for owners of Philips or Hitachi DVD players.

TO DVD (via computer)
This service gives a much better appearance to the finished DVD and is charged at £30 for the first half hour from your first tape and then £5 for each half hour after that and includes some basic editing to remove obviously unwanted shots. The second and subsequent tapes are charged at £20 for the first half hour and then £5 per half hour. Maximum recording time - 2 hours per disc in high quality. Chapter marks to your specification but we suggest every 5 minutes. A still is taken from the tape for the DVD menu. Library cases and on disc printing is included, please let us know the printing details. If you would like a sophisticated menu with selectable chapters then please ask for a quote.

TO MINIDV FOR YOU TO EDIT AT HOME
Recording straight to mini DV is charged at £25 for the first hour from your first tape then £15 per hour after that.
2nd and subsequent tapes are charged £15 per hour from each tape. Price includes miniDV tapes.

TO A SUPPLIED HARD DRIVE IN AVI OR QUICKTIME TO EDIT AT HOME
Recording straight to your hard drive as an AVI file or QT file is charged at £25 for the first hour from your first tape then £15 per hour after that.
2nd and subsequent tapes are charged £15 per hour from each tape.

DVD Copies
DVD copies are just £5 each including simple printing and a white library box

SENDING US A HARD DRIVE

Please ensure your hard drive has a minumum speed of 7200rpm and that you supply it with a power supply.
Although many are USB driven we have found that some do not work without a power supply.
You will need 13GB of hard drive space for every hour of tape to be transferred.
