Conference and Seminar Recording Facilities ...

Excelsior Film and Video offers a wide range of video recording facilities and one of our more popular services is the video recording of conferences and seminars. We use the latest 16:9 cameras and live mix to hard disc with a tape back-up which gives us 18 hours of recording straight to hard disc for fast transfer to our edit suite. No more waiting for months for the finished DVDs.

Our standard prices are shown below.

• Three technicians with three cameras and live mix facilities £1500 per day, £1000 per half day.
  One camera on wide, one on close and one on the audience. Sound feed from your sound desk.
  We can also include your Powerpoint or graphics if you supply us with a copy prior to recording.
  This includes the finished DVD masters tidied up with housekeeping etc taken out.
• One technician with one camera (for a simple record) £500 per day, £300 per half day.
• Sound man with boom mic for recording of audience questions, £300 per day, £200 per half day..
• Post production editing where necessary is charged at £75 per hour.

1 day is 10 hours base to base, half day is 6 hours base to base.
