DVD Format Conversions NTSC PAL SECAM Region ChangingDVD System Format Changing PAL & NTSC DVD system format changing is charged at £30 for up to half an hour (min charge) and 50p for each minute after that plus VAT. Up to 2 hours can be recorded according to the compression and quality of the recorded images. This service is ideal if you want to send a DVD that you have made to another country so as it will be compatible with the television system of the receiving country.
